Products: Gasketed Heat Exchangers

Arbe Integrated Engineering offer a range of gasketed heat exchangers from the UNEX UniGasket range. The heat exchangers range from DN32 to DN300 in connection size, with materials to suit and application.

• Design pressures from Vacuum to 25 BarG
• Design temperatures from -20⁰C to 155⁰C

The UniGasket heat exchangers are designed in house by our engineers and we can supply a vast range of our units built and tested in Halifax, UK, by our own engineers.

Products: Brazed Heat Exchangers

The UNEX UniBraz range of brazed heat exchangers offer a solution that is extremely efficient and a compact design. The UNEX range of brazed heat exchanger models is one of the largest in the industry, so we can guarantee a solution for most applications.

• Design pressures from Vacuum to 140 BarG
• Design temperatures from -195⁰C to 200⁰C

Products: Storage Calorifiers

Arbe design and manufacture sectional storage calorifiers where it is not possible to move a single piece standard storage calorifier into a building or a plantroom.

The calorifiers can be manufactured in the following materials, depending on the site specification requirements.

• Stainless steel

• Galvanised steel

• Copper-lined steel

• Solid copper

All units are bespoke so dimensions, connection sizes and orientations and heater battery duties are designed to suit each application, offering a solution where a like-for-like unit can be manufactured for simple calorifier swap-overs.

Products: Thermal Stores & CHW Buffer Vessels

The Arbe AFTA, AFPA, AFTA-SEC range of thermal stores offer a solution for LTHW, heat pump and heat recovery systems, with sizes starting at 100 litre, up to 100,000 litres in capacity in our standard range, with larger capacities on request. We manufacture both vertical and horizontal vessels to suit any application. We also keep a range of vessels in stock for fast delivery requirements.

Bespoke Engineering

Arbe have design and manufacture a variety of packaged systems to suit any application:

We can offer these systems factory packaged or in component form for assembly on site.

The packages can be supplied with our mim-IQ™ control system. This enables our controls system to be remotely viewed from anywhere in the world without the requirement of a BMS system, so suitable for installations in premises such as nursing homes, sports facilities and schools.

Arbe have designed and manufacture bespoke packages to work specifically with heat pumps. Our systems can operate with most types of heat pumps and applications:

• Air source heat pumps

• Water source heat pumps

• CO2 heat pumps

With our experience in water heating, our systems offer full integration with systems so a solution to any application can always be found and implimented.

We have successfully installed systems integrating with heat pumps in schools, universities, fire stations, leisure centres and other public buildings such as museums.
