HevaPak Chilled, Heating & Domestic Hot Water Packages


Arbe design and manufacture various types of HevaPak HP skid mounted packages for various applications. Each package is designed bespoke for each application so all dimensional and thermal requirements are met.

  • Chilled water skid packages

  • Domestic hot water generator packages

  • Domestic hot water pumping stations

HevaPak HP packaged heat exchangers are designed and manufactured to the latest standards and are fully compliant with the Pressure Equipment Directive.

We manufacture our HevaPak HP packages utilising a variety of materials including:

  • Stainless steel - fully welded stainless steel pipe, metric/Trubore stainless steel tube and crimped

  • Mild steel - fully welded carbon steel pipework, screwed and crimped

  • Copper - fully brazed copper pipework or crimped

Our controls utilised on HevaPak HP packages are generally PLC based with software written to suit each application. Using PLC controls enables full and total control over all aspects of our packages, including temperature and pressure control, pump control and fault analysis. This also enables sites with BMS to connect easily and efficiently to our packages for part or whole connectivity.

Arbe recently completed installation of a complete heat recovery system for a food factory. The remit was to design a hot water system that would recover heat from cold room refrigeration units which would be used to preheat water in a calorifier and thus reduce power usage on the refrigeration unit as the cooling fans would not need to be used
