The Arbe SP StorPlate range of stainless steel DHW generators are supplied with external heat exchangers. The range covers capacities from 200 litres to 10,000 litres in capacity and with primary duties between 30 kW and 1000 kW. Our units can be supplied with unvented kits, both loose and factory packaged on a skid base. Bespoke packages available up to 20,000 litres in capacity and 2000 kW primary duty

The SPP range of cylinders can also be supplied with primary controls including the following options, both systems ensure compliance with G3:2010 Building Regulations without the need for extra controls:

 

• SPB - Standard StorPlate with brazed heat exchanger. Unit supplied without primary controls

• SPP - Standard StorPlate with gasketed heat exchanger. Unit supplied without primary controls

• SPBC - With primary controls comprising primary pump(s), primary control valve & panel

• SPPC - With primary controls comprising primary pump(s), primary control valve & panel

Control panel options:

Units supplied with controls have various level options, based on site & specification requirements. These are supplied fully factory packaged and wired to all associated components supplied as part of the package. Panel options include:

• PPIQ - PLC based control panel with touchscreen HMI & Arbe mim-IQ™ connectivity

• PPMB - PLC based control panel with touchscreen HMI & open-protocol MODbus connectivity

• PPBN - PLC based control panel with touchscreen HMI & open-protocol BACnet connectivity

• PBAS - Entry level PID digital controller (suitable for standalone installation

 

Our standard range of storage cylinders are designed and manufactured to the latest standards and are fully compliant with the UKCA Pressure Equipment Directive.

Model Variations:

The Arbe SPPC StorPlate water heaters are available with several different variations, giving certain designations in the unit description. The following chart shows the standard variations available but we can supply bespoke designs to suit any requirement.

StorPlate SPPC1500-100-6B-1P1S - a 1500 litre unit with a 90 kW duty, 6 BarG design pressure, with a single fixed speed primary pump and a single secondary pump.
