Food Factory HevaSteam
Arbe have recently manufactured and delivered 2 off HevaSteam packages for a food factory in Norfolk. The units generate domestic hot water for the factory for various applications. Each unit was supplied with a direct storage cylinder and the latest in steam controls to ensure a fast and efficient operation

Leisure Centre CHP Install
Arbe have recently completed a project working with Bosch, installing a 70 kWe CHP system complete with an AF thermal store, all pipework and ancillaries. The install required integration into an existing boiler system with electrical controls & wiring, including connection to the main substation

District Heating Scheme
Arbe have won a continual order for plate heat exchangers for EON's Blackburn Meadows biomass
plant in Sheffield. The project includes for a district heating network around the local area supplying heat to various locations such as Forgemasters and Sheffield Arena, where Arbe have plates installed

Heat Recovery Package
Arbe were tasked with designing a system to recover heat from newly installed Co2 chillers which would normally be dumped to atmosphere. We designed a package to recover the heat and store it in a set of thermal stores

Pharmaceutical HevaSteam
Arbe received an order to design and manufacture a steam/DHW packaged heat exchanger system. Each plate produces 70 DegC water to be used for a process washdown and it is stored in a stainless steel buffer vessel, supplied c/w all controls on the steam, condensate and potable water circuits

Heating System Install
Arbe won a contract for the design, supply and install of a heating system for a newly refurbished block of flats in London. We supplied a heat exchanger, thermal store and all pumps & valves for the project, with all pipework fitted with Aquatherm plastic water pipe system

Power Station Egypt
Arbe won a contract for the manufacture of a set of shell and tube heat exchangers for a project in Egypt at the new Assiut Power Station project for the Egyptian government. The 10 off units were designed for heating heavy fuel oil during the suction process, each unit installed on the outlet of a 500,000 litre fuel oil tank. Each unit had an output of 1.9 mW with the oil heated by HTHW.

HevaMod Package For Hotel
Arbe supplied a HevaMod packaged DHW heat exchanger c/w secondary circulating pump for the Meon Valley Hotel in Southampton. The unit was designed to produce 180 kW of DHW for the hotels shower system, working in conjunction with a buffer vessel

HevaSteam Package
Arbe supplied a HevaSteam packaged steam/water heat exchanger c/w secondary circulating pump for Leeds Beckett University. The unit was designed to produce 1500 kW of LTHW for the heating & DHW requirements on a newly refurbished floor of the university

Steam Equipment
Arbe designed and manufactured a steam thermocompressor and a high pressure condensate recovery package for a new steam plant installed in a new factory where plastics & polymers are manufactured
The steam thermocompressor unit recovered flash steam from the condensate system and injected it into a low pressure steam system, giving the install of the system a 9 month payback due to the steam energy savings . The condensate recovery package was a fully packaged mechanically operated unit, ensuring an intrinsically safe unit operating at 14 BarG and 200 DegC. The units were manufactured in accordance with PD5500 and fully CE Certified
