Arbe designed and supplied 3 off HevaCal-CSS semi-storage calorifiers c/w steam primary controls and condensate removal equipment. 

Our units were sized at 2000 litre capacity and 630 kW heat input to provide DHW for one of the factories, each providing over 10,000 litres/hour on a constant basis.

The cylinders were manufactured from copper-lined steel.

As part of the supply, Arbe also designed and supplied a DHW return pump station to provide hot water to 3 ring mains around the factory

Arbe recently completed installation of a complete heat recovery system for a food factory. The remit was to design a hot water system that would recover heat from cold room refrigeration units which would be used to preheat water in a calorifier and thus reduce power usage on the refrigeration unit as the cooling fans would not need to be used
